We want you and your pet to be 100% happy. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@pawcalm.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email support@pawcalm.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
